• Veteran Kalguksu is a restaurant specialized in making Kalguksu (Korean buckwheat noodle soup) since 1977.

• Slightly different from regular Kalguksu, its broth was flavoursome. The seaweed, chili flakes and perilla seed powder topped on the broth, give a perfect match to the soft chewy noodles.

• Other than the signature Kalguksu, their mandu (dumpling) were also tasted pretty good. The filling was juicy and well wrapped with not-too-thick skin.
